The Sacred Village | Forgiveness & the 5 Elements of a Resilient Heart • June Newsletter

Moonpath Newsletter - June 14, 2026

Reader The Seed of the New Moon in Gemini: The 5 elements of a resilient heart.

Dear Reader,

There are some experiences that resist translation into words. Not because they lack meaning, but because they carry too much of it.

Last weekend, I attended The Sacred Village — an intentional gathering of women that was called a festival but felt more like a homecoming. I arrived with no expectations, unsure if it would offer depth or surface. I left with my soul rested, my heart cracked open, and a quiet rebellion stirring in my chest.

What happened there is not mine to fully explain. But what I can tell you is this: when human beings gather with no agenda other than to be present with each other — to witness, to listen, to sit in silence or song or tears — something ancient and healing awakens. We held a sacred fire that burned through rain. We wove a collective Despacho of gratitude. We explored grief as a portal, not as something to fix or flee. We activated our voices, moved our bodies into freedom, and touched the five elements as a lived, felt experience — not a concept.

And the medicine? It was each other.

I share this not to describe a festival, but to name something true: intentional community feeds the soul in ways no solo practice can. For two days, I took space for myself. I disconnected from social media. I rested deeply. And that act — taking two vacation days and a full weekend to simply be — was its own rebellion.

I want to be clear: this is not only for women. I have witnessed men in similar gatherings drop the exhausting performance of "strength," release the weight of always having to know or provide or protect, and find the same deep rest. We all carry narratives that keep us separate. We all deserve spaces where we can put them down.

If you ever feel the call to something like this, I have shared a link at the end of this newsletter. Not to distract, but to offer.

Because what I am carrying forward from that weekend is this: forgiveness starts at the level of the mind..

1. Your Direction & Intention

The Thought That Directs the Waters

"My mind is impure. Therefore, I must forgive my brother and my sister for what they have NOT done."

This is not a religious statement. It is an elemental one.

Every grievance begins as a thought — a judgment that I am right and they are wrong. But my mind does not perceive reality. It perceives a subjective interpretation, a meaning I have assigned to what I see. That meaning directs my emotions (Water). It tells my waters where to flow, where to flood, where to freeze.

What if the belief beneath the grievance is simply... inaccurate? What if I have been directing my emotional life from a story that is not even true?

Forgiveness, then, is not about condoning harm. It is about purifying the lens. Releasing the judgment that keeps me separate. Extending love not because the other person "deserves" it, but because I deserve to be free.

This is the work of Metal — the element of clarity, discernment, and the direction we choose.

Your Metal Practice:
Shifting Meaning and Purifying your Mind

Identify one grievance you have been holding. Ask yourself:

  • What is the belief beneath it?
  • What meaning did I assign?
  • Is it possible that this belief is incomplete?

You don't have to let go today. Just observe.
That is the first purification.

2. Emotion your Creative Energy in Motion

The Emotional Flow of Receiving & Giving Back

Last week, I also had the privilege of offering my sessions during a corporate wellness day for a local health agency. The participants were health practitioners — people who spend their days giving to others, often at the expense of their own nervous systems.

To offer them a container of deep rest, sound, and somatic release was profoundly rewarding. Not because it was complex or rare, but because it was simple: creating space for those who care for the community to finally be cared for themselves.

This is the flow of Water — receiving, releasing, and giving back in a cycle that nourishes everyone. When we allow ourselves to be held, we become better at holding others.

A Water Practice: Finding the Rhythm of Flow that Gives and Recieve

Who in your life gives endlessly without receiving? Can you offer them something small — a moment of presence, a note of thanks, a gesture that says "I see you. Rest now."

And if that person is you, what would it look like to receive?

3. Your Vital Expression

The Expression That Wants to Rise

At The Sacred Village, we activated our voices. We sang. We moved. We let our bodies express what words could not. And in that freedom, something rose — not forced, but fed by the safety of the circle.

Wood is the element of expression, vitality, and the creative life force that wants to grow. It is the energy that says "I am here. I have something to say. I have something to become."

This month, with Jupiter entering Leo (June 30th), a new 12-year cycle of creativity, confidence, and self-expression begins. The invitation is not to perform or prove. It is to let what is authentic in you finally rise — in your voice, your work, your relationships, your art. It wants to be seen, and wants you to shine in alignment.

🌳 Your Wood Practice: The Tiny Yes
What is one truth your throat has been holding back? Not to confront someone — just to speak it aloud to yourself, to a journal, to a trusted witness. Let the vibration of your own voice remind you that you are here, and you are allowed to take up space.

4. Choosing Aligned Action

Intuitive Aligned Action & The Summer Solstice

This month, the Sun enters Cancer on June 21st — the Summer Solstice, one of the most powerful turning points of the year. It invites us to return to the heart, to ask what truly nourishes us, and to build stronger foundations for the chapters ahead.

Fire is the element of aligned action — not frantic doing, but the kind of movement that comes from clarity, from the heart, from a place of rest rather than exhaustion.

For me, the aligned actions this month include:

🌿 Wednesday Yoga in the Park — 5:30 PM at Hendon Park
🌿 Saturday Yoga in the Park — 10:00 AM at Oriole Park

These are not workouts. They are somatic resets. A chance to move, breathe, and recalibrate your nervous system in community. You can find the links to register at the end of this newsletter.

Your Fire Practice:

Ask yourself: What is one action I can take this week that comes from alignment, not obligation? Remind yourself that everything you do you are choosing to do it. There is no HAVE to do it. Then Choose your aligned action, allow your intuition to guide you. Then do that thing. Notice how it feels in your body. This is how you learn to identify intuitive aligned action within you.

5. Nurturing Embodiment

The Embodied Harvest & What's Coming

Earth is the element of integration — where insight becomes embodied, where practice becomes rhythm, where the seeds we plant finally bear fruit.

This month offers several powerful moments to ground your growth. Here is what is unfolding in the sky, and what each moment invites you to explore:

June 19 — Chiron enters Taurus (first time in ~50 years)
Healing our relationship to worth, body, resources. A new 8-year cycle begins.

June 22 — Venus opposite Juno
Soulmate themes, karmic relationships revealing what is ready to be released.

June 24 — Venus trine Saturn
Commitment, stability, building love that lasts.

June 27 — Mars sextile Jupiter
Momentum before a chapter closes — act on what matters.

June 28 — Mars enters Gemini
Movement, curiosity, new conversations.

June 29 — Mercury Retrograde in Cancer + Full Moon in Capricorn
Reflection, emotional processing, seeing how far you have come.

June 30 — Jupiter enters Leo
A new 12-year cycle of love, creativity, and confident self-expression.

Actionable practice for the month:
Choose one of these dates. Light a candle. Sit with the theme. Ask: What is ready to be healed? What is ready to be expressed? What is ready to be built? Let the sky be your calendar, not your master.

🌍 Your Earth Practice:
Choose one of these dates. Light a candle.
Sit with the theme. Ask:
What is ready to be healed?
What is ready to be expressed?
What is ready to be built?
Let the Sky remind you of the spiral of time and remember it only shares available energies that can be leveraged, the Sky is not your master.

A Sacred Offering for Your Space

Before I close, I want to share something from a recent session that touched me deeply.

A client of mine was moving into a new apartment. She said to me: "I would not wear someone else's dirty clothes. Why would I move into a space that still holds the energy of everyone who lived here before me?"

That landed in my body. She was right.

So the night before she moved in — while the apartment was still empty — we worked together. We cleansed the space with sage and palo santo. We rang the chime in every corner. We used crystal bowls and dowsing rods to feel where the energy was stuck and where it was already light. We lit a candle and sat in silence, letting her intention — her vibration, her name, her energy — land in the walls, the floors, the windows.

By the end, the apartment did not feel empty. It felt waiting. For her. For her life. For her next chapter.

She moved in the next day, and she told me later: "It feels like mine. Not like I am borrowing it. Like it was always mine."

I am offering this to you.

Not just for new homes. For any space that holds you:

  • A new apartment or house — so you start fresh, not carrying what came before
  • A home that has been through a lot — illness, grief, conflict, transition
  • A space after renovations — when many people have been in and out, leaving their energy behind
  • A room you want to reclaim — a home office, a bedroom, a creative space

It is not about superstition. It is about intention. The same way you would not wear someone else's worn clothes, you do not need to live in someone else's energetic residue.

How it works: I come to your space. We cleanse together. We align the energy with your intention. You leave feeling lighter — and your space feels like yours.

Investment: $150 for a standard session (up to 60 minutes, depending on space size). Sliding scale available — just ask.

To book or read more about the service: visit us here and email me and let me know what you are holding.

This is an invitation for you, too. I am also available to craft personalized ceremonies or special gift boxes for your life's sacred moments:

  • Celebrating birthdays, transitions, or intentions with a woven tapestry of sound and ritual.
  • Creating a unique family or community gathering rooted in somatic experience.

If you have a vision for a moment that deserves sacred attention, please reach out. Let's co-create something meaningful.

A Final, Heartfelt Note

The New Moon is tonight a few minutes before 10:00 PM EST. I invite you to remember that forgiveness starts at the level of the mind. But it lands in the body. It moves through the waters of our emotions. It rises in the expression of our voices. It ignites the fire of aligned action. And it grounds itself in the earth of our daily lives.

This is the spiral. This is the practice. This is how we become more free.

If you feel called to explore intentional community, here is the link to The Sacred Village — not as a promotion, I do not gain anything for sharing it. It is my way to gift you a signpost saying: this exists. You can find your version of it too.

The Sacred Village

And if you simply want to rest your nervous system this week on a mat in the grass, you know where to find me.

With warmth, after a weekend of deep rest and full-hearted rebellion,
