Dear One,
First, a soft exhale. Meet yourself here, just as you are.
The New Moon was yesterday, April 17, and the energetic window of a New Moon lasts for three days. Today, April 18, we are still in the fertile dark — the space between the old moon's disappearance and the first silver sliver of the new.
This is where seeds are planted. Not in the light. In the dark.
So let us begin.
Perhaps you have felt it—not the restlessness of the eclipse, but something older. Something that arrived before you had words for it. A moment when you stopped trusting. A moment when you stopped smiling as much as you used to smile. A moment when you gave less, loved less, became smaller—not because you chose to, but because a wound taught you that smaller was safer.
This is the wisdom of Chiron. The key whose glyph is a lock opening from within.
And this New Moon in Aries—the first new moon of the astrological new year, the fire sign that initiates, ignites, and dares—is not asking you to fix that wound.
It is asking you to remember who you were before you felt wounded and closed.
1. Your Direction & Intention
The Illuminated Distinction: Two Kinds of Forgiveness
Aries is fire. But fire has two faces.
One face burns. It consumes. It is the fire of the ego-metal mind that says, "They did this to me. I must protect. I must control. I must never be that vulnerable again." That fire tightens the chest, clenches the jaw, and leaves ash where your vitality used to live.
The other face illuminates. It purifies. It nourishes the earth of your body so that something new can grow. That fire does not come from the mind of the ego. It comes from the vital energy that gives you life—the same energy that moved through you before the wound took root.
Here is where a Course in Miracles offers a teaching so radical it may stop your breath:
You do not forgive someone for what they did to you.
You do not forgive someone for what they didn't do that you think they should have done.
You forgive your brother for what they have NOT done.
Read that again.
Not for the harm caused. For the love not given. For the presence not offered. For the recognition that never came.
This is not about excusing behavior. This is about seeing clearly: the grievance was never about the act. It was about the absence you experienced. And that absence—that specific, piercing absence—became a story you carry in your nervous system.
The key to this forgiveness teaching is not "I release you from what you did."
It is "I release the expectation that you should have been different. I reclaim the piece of myself I gave to that expectation. I see now: there are no accidents. This was not random. And I am not a victim of it—I am a student of what it revealed about me."
This is intuition-driven Direction. Not "what do I want from them?" but "what wants to move through me now that I see the structure clearly?"
Your Metal Practice: The Forgiveness Inquiry
This New Moon, we are not here to change your beliefs about what happened.
We are here to illuminate the structure beneath the grievance—the expectation that someone should have been your safety, your love, your witness.
🔮 Reflect:
For what absence—what love not given, what presence not offered, what recognition not received—have you been quietly holding the other responsible?
🔮 Your Practice:
Set a timer for five minutes. Place a hand on your heart. Ask yourself:
"If I could see this grievance as information rather than identity—if I could see it as a program running, not a truth I am—what might become visible that I have not been able to see?"
Do not force an answer. Let the question be a seed planted in the dark soil of this New Moon. The answer will rise when your nervous system is ready to receive it.
2. Emotion your Creative Energy in Motion
The Hidden Energy Leak
"The wound is a fissure where our energy leaks out. With less energy and less faith, it is very difficult to do what we once did."
This is the Water element speaking.
Your inner waters—your blood, your emotions, your capacity to feel and flow—are meant to be a container for your life force. But when a wound opens, the container cracks. The energy leaks. And you begin to believe the leak is who you are rather than a situation that happened.
You stopped trusting. You stopped loving as much as you loved. You stopped smiling as much as you smiled.
Not because you consciously chose to. Rather because the fissure made it impossible not to.
A Water Practice: Locating the Fissure
Before bed tonight, place both hands on your body—one on your belly, one on your chest. Breathe slowly. Ask silently:
"Where in my body do I feel the leak? Where do I feel less than full? Where do I feel the place that closed?"
Do not try to fix it. Simply feel it. Let your hands hold the territory. Whisper:
"I am here with you. I am not leaving. This fissure is not my failure—it is the map of where I need to receive."
This is the beginning of the container re-forming. Not by force. By presence.
3. Your Vital Expression
Remembering Who You Were Before
"What have you been protecting that no longer needs protection? What have you been keeping small that is asking to be expressed?"
There is a common result that happens with unprocessed wounds, with trauma, with difficult experiences:
A betrayal of ourselves. We stop being who we came to be. We stop trusting. We stop loving as much as we loved. We stop smiling as much as we smiled.
And over time, we forget that we stopped.
But the New Moon in Aries is asking you to remember. Not to fix. To remember.
The version of you that emerges on the other side of this practice is not a new version. It is an enriched of the original version — the one who was there before the wound taught you to be small.
This enriched version asks:
"If they already harmed me—if that event, that situation, that person already caused me harm—I cannot allow them to take a piece of me. Even more, I must center myself in the core of what I came to be, what I came to do, what makes me feel alive."
This is Wood rising from Water, aligned expression resulting from the creative force of our own emotions.
When the fissure is witnessed (emotion), when the grievance is reoriented (growth direction), the vital energy that was leaking begins to flow into expression. That expression is Wood. It is your yes. Your movement. Your voice saying what is true.
🌳 Your Wood Practice: The Tiny Yes
For the next week, once a day, choose the tiny thing that sparks a flicker of "yes" in your body. It must be so small it feels almost silly.
Examples:
- "I will sing one line of a song I used to love before I stopped singing."
- "I will move my body for 60 seconds without judging how it looks."
- "I will speak one true sentence aloud to no one but myself."
This is not about performance. This is about proving to your nervous system: the life force still lives here and I can express it freely.
4. Choosing Aligned Action
Fire: Purifier and Nourisher
"What am I burning away externally to avoid looking inward to heal and release an old believe?"
The Fire Horse year (which we entered in February) moves fast. It asks for inner alchemy now, so that when the pace accelerates, you're not being dragged — you're leading from a place of alignment.
But here is what I have learned: you do not need a bonfire. You need an ember. One small, steady, non-negotiable action that says to the universe: I am still here. I am still choosing.
Your Fire Practice: The Single Ember
From your inquiry in Step 1 (Metal), derive one tiny, non-negotiable action you can take daily for the next 30 days. It must be so small it feels effortless.
Example: "I will pause for three breaths before responding to anything that activates me."
This is the consistent structure that can set your spirit free.
5. Nurturing Embodiment
The Ground Must Have Substance
"How am I nourishing myself/body?"
Here is what most spiritual teaching misses.
The fire of Aries — the illumination, the purification, the vital life force — cannot be held by a depleted nervous system. Your body must have substance to sustain the fire. Otherwise, the fire burns you.
Your nervous system is the network through which your life force nourishes your ground. The soil of your body. And a nervous system that has been frozen by chronic vigilance, by the aftermath of wounding, by the habit of making yourself small — cannot distribute through the body the seed of new perception.
This is why we return to Earth. To nurturance. To the root.
🌍 Your Earth Practice: The Root
Each morning for the next seven days, before you check your phone, place your bare feet on the floor (or ground, if possible).
Breathe into your pelvis — the root, the earth element in the body. Say silently:
"I am here. I have substance. I can receive the fire without being consumed."
This is not poetic. It is physiological. You are telling your nervous system: I am safe enough to expand.
Your Name Holds a Map
Here is what I have come to know, after weeks of silence and gestation:
Your name — your full name, as written on your birth certificate — is not a random collection of sounds.
It is a geometric soul map.
Each letter corresponds to a number. Each number corresponds to a color, a shape, and a frequency. Your paternal surname holds your Gift — the direction, the Metal you inherited from your paternal line. Your maternal surname holds your Mission — the emotional container, the flow, the Water you are here to embody.
Together, they form your Name Mandala — the geometry of who you were before the world taught you to be small.
An Invitation
I am feeling the call to offer a 2-hour Name Mandala Workshop where you leave with your name mandala geometry drawn by your own hand.
This will be an introduction to my deeper Tantric Numerology offering — a full immersion I am planning for May or June.
But before I set a date, I want to know:
Would this inspire you to say yes?
Not a commitment. Just test your heart to see if you feel a yes.
Reply to this email with "YES TO NUMEROLOGY" if you want to know when the workshop is scheduled.
That is all. This will be 2 workshop to only 6 people before I offer it to anyone else.
What the first 6 receive:
- The 2-hour Name Mandala workshop ($54 value)
- Your own hand painted Name Mandala
Your investment for the first 6: $54
Why am I doing this? Because the first 6 will help me refine how I teach this. Your questions, your insights, your "aha" moments will shape every workshop after this. You are not just students. You are co-creators.
How to claim: Reply to this email with "Yes to Numerology" and your full name (as written on your birth certificate — but please include both surnames your father's and your mother's maiden name). I will reply within 72 hours with the workshop date options.
When this offer closes: When the 6th soul says yes. Or when the first sliver of moonlight appears — whichever comes first.
A Note on Silence (Mine)
You may have noticed there were no circles in April. No New Moon gathering. No sound bath.
That was not an accident. That was a choice.
I have been underground. Not hiding. Gestating.
The winter asked me to go deep — not to produce, not to hold space for others, but to be held by the dark. To listen to what wanted to be born through me, not what I thought I should offer.
What emerged from that silence is what you just read above: the Name Mandala workshop. The geometry of the soul encoded in your name.
But it is not fully formed yet. It is still becoming.
So here is what you can expect from me in the coming weeks:
April – Early May: Silence. Creation. I will be weaving the container for the Name Mandala workshop and the deeper Tantric Numerology immersion that will follow.
Mid-May onward: I emerge. Not with everything — but with the first offering. The 2-hour Name Mandala workshop. And alongside it, you will find me in the parks — yoga, breath, sound — as the weather warms and the city blooms again filled with life force.
More details in the next newsletter. By then, I will have dates. I will have the full map of what is possible.
For now, know this: I am not gone. I am busy creating. And what is coming is richer because I did not rush it.
If you feel the call to be among the first to receive it — the first 6 souls — you know what to do. Reply with "YES to Numerology" and your full name.
If you simply want to wait until I emerge with dates and clarity, that is also perfect. The spiral will still be here.

A Final, Heartfelt Note
You are not broken.
You are not too much or not enough.
You are a soul who experienced an absence and learned to make yourself smaller to survive it. That was the path of survival. That was not failure.
Now — in this fertile dark, this New Moon window — you are being asked:
Are you ready to remember who you were before the wound?
Are you ready to see the geometry of your own name?
Walk gently in these days. Let the dark hold you. And when you are ready, send me a message.
With Love,
